Odoo Setup for Garage Door Manufacturing

I am looking to set up a small manufacturing / wholesale garage door company in Odoo. We have input the basic materials but are getting to a point we are in too deep. If we need to start over, we would understand as well. We are starting to build Bill of Materials for custom items. We would like to use Odoo for our inventory management, departments get their work orders for tracking, barcodes for tracking, ecommerce for buyers to order online as a confirmed customer then they will pay in our office at the time of pickup.

Key Requirements:
- The website must facilitate order tracking, automated invoicing, and inventory management, work orders to departments, leading to shipping, warehouse locations.
- It should also include a feature to manage the Bill of Materials to Departments.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Odoo set up for receiving materials, inventory tracking, and shipping.
- Custom lists for different specs
