Odoo Setup for Furniture Business

I need help setting up Odoo for my furniture and mattress business in Kuwait (no tax). I want a simple workflow so I can start entering sales and inventory now and later use the POS system.

Scope of work:
1. Chart of Accounts setup (no VAT/tax).
2. Warehouse & multi-location setup (2–3 showrooms + storage) including tracking sales at different stalls/spots within a market location.
3. Product import from Excel with SKU, name, price, and setup for bulk pricing at different rates.
4. Sales workflow setup (manual entry for now with the ability to track invoicing/sales by stall or salesperson, POS implementation later).
5. Internal transfer process between showrooms.
6. Landed costs and COGS setup for tracking gross profit.
7. Basic reporting setup (sales, stock, transfers, stall-level income tracking).
8. Short training session or screen recording on how to use the setup.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Odoo
- Experience with multi-location inventory management
- Capability to set up specialized reporting like gross profit and stall-wise sales
- Ability to create custom reports for income tracking
- Strong communication skills for training sessions.
