Odoo v12 Server Migration & Cloning

I need my existing Odoo installation copied to a new server so that everything—core files, custom modules, configuration, and user data—works exactly as it does today. The target machine is already provisioned; what’s missing is the full Odoo stack mirrored, tested, and switched over with minimal downtime.

You will handle the complete move: installing any system packages and Python dependencies, transferring the Odoo source and add-ons, cloning the database, and reproducing configuration files such as odoo.conf, nginx or Apache proxy rules, SSL certificates, and scheduled backups. Once the clone is live, I want to confirm that all services (web, worker, email, cron jobs, and third-party integrations) function without errors before the old server is decommissioned.

Deliverables:
• Fully operational Odoo instance on the new server replicating current functionality
• Verification that all user accounts, modules, and settings match the original environment
• Short hand-over note summarising steps taken and where to change DNS or IP records if required

Experience with Odoo deployment, PostgreSQL backups/restores, and Linux server administration is essential. If you can schedule the cut-over during a low-traffic window, even better.
