Odoo Sales & Inventory Customization
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have Odoo up and running and now need the Sales and Inventory modules tailored to fit our day-to-day processes more tightly.
Sales
• Custom reports – I want clear, print-ready reports for quotations, orders, and invoices that match our branding and highlight margins at line level.
• Workflow modifications – the default quotation → order → invoice flow must include an internal approval step and automatic email notifications at each stage.
Inventory
• Warehouse management changes – streamline put-away and picking rules so stock is routed automatically between two warehouses and one dropship location.
• Stock tracking adjustments – tighter lot/serial tracking with automatic expiration alerts and an easier way to reconcile physical counts.
Deliverables will be accepted once the new reports render from the standard menus, every adjusted workflow completes without errors, and inventory moves show the correct routing and traceability on test data. Please work directly on a staging copy (SSH access provided) and document every change so I can reproduce it in production.
