Odoo 19 SaaS Kit Expert NEEDED– Webkul Saas Kit + Custom Modules + App Creation -- 2
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We’re launching a SaaS platform on Odoo 19 Community using the Webkul SaaS Kit.
Looking for a proven Odoo developer with real multi-tenant SaaS work samples.
If you don’t have prior SaaS examples, please do not apply. Serious inquiries only!!! Everything needed is listed here. Dont give me the i have experience but all NDA story, thats like saying i been a doctor for 15 years but cant show history of at least 2 patients, dont need names but proof on record. You dont need names/website to prove you have done the job, invoices, reviews, screenshots, certification.
Sorry to be that guy but finding professional help and someone who actually knows what they are doing vs trying to learn on the job seems to be a very hard task with odoo.
Budget: Up to $1600 | Timeline: 30 days | Ongoing role after launch for future upgrades. If bidding higher it will be ignored.
We already have webkul kit and liquid web vps server ready.

1. Environment Setup & Webkul Install – already done
2. Tenant Automation via Webkul – trials, billing, backups, monitoring, white-label UI, and plan-based provisioning. Basically get all plans setup properly. Note plans is not just 1 or 2 users but restriction of certain apps to be installed. Like accounting is only plan 3.
3. Projects Upgrade – add image thumbnail as project header (keep task images separate). Under projects i need to be able to show an image of the project (not on tasks that is already there). Simple image upload to show in kanban.
4. Proof Approval Module – secure client link (no login) that records approvals, rejection or notes directly to Project.
5. iOS App Rebrand – rebuild from available open-source code (you find or make), api (not a web wrapper) or however just needs to be code compliant to avoid any issues with Odoo.
6. Full Theme & Branding Overhaul – icons, UI, and code cleanup so nothing shows “Odoo.” Must be more than just change icons and color, we want it to look different so no one can just look and say this is odoo. Full theme creation, that you will make.
7. Community Enhancements – add OCA Accounting Kit and Enterprise-equivalent apps.
8. AI Help Desk & Chat – trained on Odoo docs and tickets per tenant to automatically help clients.
9. WordPress Front-End – connect ordering + documentation pages (top-level domain).
10. Global Announcements Module – push news/ads to all tenant dashboards.
11. Project Board View – Kanban stages (Ordering, Proofing, Prepress, Production, Completed, Permits, Installation/Shipping). There should be pre populated stages or templates that can be edited.
• Auto-create from orders/invoices/quotes.
• Drag-move with audit log and due-in counter.
• Editable stage templates (no code).

12. Must provide training video on how to properly use the system and install new apps that can get pushed out, upgrades to system and editing plans.

Released only when entire project is fully tested and live. Do not agree if you cannot do all tasks.
No partial releases. Only 100%-complete work is paid as per freelancer policy.
There will be an initial deposit of milestone and balance after proving you can do the work, full release on completed project.

Deliver a production-ready Odoo 19 multi-tenant platform.
Continue for future upgrades under new contracts.
