Odoo 19 Procurement Scope Design

I need an experienced Odoo 19.sh professional to analyse our entire procurement flow—Purchasing and Vendor Registration—and translate that analysis into a crystal-clear scope of work for our implementation partner.

Here is what I expect:

• Start by mapping the current steps we follow from requisition through payment, then highlight the gaps that Odoo can close.
• For Purchasing, I want to see how Automated Purchase Orders, Vendor Price Comparisons and multi-level Purchase Order Approvals can be configured with native modules or, where necessary, customisations.
• For Vendor Registration, outline a Vendor Approval Workflow, an embedded Vendor Rating System and robust Vendor Document Management, again specifying exactly which Odoo modules, studio tweaks or custom addons will deliver each requirement.

Deliverables
1. A written process review (PDF or Doc) that explains the “as-is” and recommended “to-be” flows.
2. A detailed scope of work that lists every Odoo module to activate, any fields or views to customise, security rules, automated actions and integrations required.
3. A high-level implementation roadmap with milestones, so my Odoo implementer can quote and schedule accurately.

Acceptance criteria: the scope must be specific enough that a separate team could begin configuration without further discovery sessions. Please reference Odoo standard features first, then clearly flag custom work.
