Odoo and PostgreSQL Services are paused on Windows Server

I have Odoo 14 and PostgreSQL 12 on Windows Server 2016, everything was working fine until windows has been updated and after reboot the Windows Server both odoo-server-14.0 and PostgreSQL_For_Odoo - PostgreSQL Server 12 Services gone paused and sometimes running but Odoo not running online as shown on attached images.
The scope of job here is:
1- Fix both issues on Odoo and PostgreSQL to run the system without missing any data.
2- Fix the lead filtration to be arranged according to date (the newest is first).
3- In lead I need to mark coming new leads (messages/emails) to be highlighted and notified.
4- In Sales I need to view Quotation's Subject in the Quotation form and on Quotations List.
