Odoo 17 Permission Repair

Hello. We are looking for an Odoo developer that likes to keep things tidy & organized.
We are currently having issues with access / permisions for invoice payments in Odoo.
Our regular users cannot see payments or create them.
Keep in mind, that this users cannot see Admin invoices and payments. Only their own.
Currently running OdooV17 in Odoo servers.
