Odoo 18 Payroll Enhancements

I already run payroll on Odoo 18 and want a few focused upgrades added to the existing module:

• Headcount snapshot – a single-click report that shows the current total number of employees across the company.
• Work-entry insight – daily and weekly summaries pulled from Work Entries so I can spot irregular hours at a glance.
• Pre-run payroll overview – before I post a batch, I need a screen that lists every employee with salary, allowances, and calculated taxes, grouped by department, plus grand totals for wages and taxes.
• Simple approval flow – the person who triggers a payroll batch should see it marked “Pending Approval,” and their direct leader (stored in the employee record) must approve or reject it. Everyone involved needs a clear status indicator.

Keep everything native to Odoo 18: use standard models where possible, extend with custom python/xml only when necessary, and respect existing security groups. A concise setup guide and any added menus or reports should be documented so I can reproduce them on staging.
