Odoo Payment Management App Requirements

Odoo 15 enterprise accounting app include payment model where the journal entries is created to settle payments for
partners (Customers, vendors and internal transfer).
Currently the payment function for that app let the user choose any cash or bank journal to settle the
payment and post the entries to the corresponding selected journal account.
In a multiuser / delivery user business that will required to be more specific and restricted to control the
delivery process and collections:
1- The user should only be able to use his bank/cash journal.
2- The user could see his bank/cash journal account balance (to revise what he has in this
hands).
3- The user can create an internal transfer from his account (cash to cash or bank to bank) to
other cash or bank journals with the approval of the accountant/billing group
partners (Customers, vendors and internal transfer).
