Odoo 18 POS: MercadoPago QR Integration

I'm looking for a senior Odoo 18 POS developer who has real experience with the new POS framework (OWL2) and payment integrations.
The goal is to build a clean, stable, commercial-grade module that adds MercadoPago QR as a new payment method inside the POS.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Odoo 16, 17 or 18 POS
- Deep knowledge of OWL2 components and POS screen extensions
- Experience integrating payment gateways (MercadoPago, Stripe, etc)
- Clean Python code for backend logic
- Ability to implement Webhooks for real-time payment updates
- No core modifications, only proper extension patterns
- Ability to package the module professionally for production
- Good communication and daily updates

Module must include:
- MercadoPago QR generation via API
- Custom POS payment screen (OWL2)
- Real-time status sync (webhook + polling fallback)
- Automatic order validation when payment is approved
- Accounting integration (pos.payment and account.move)
- Admin configuration for credentials
- Short technical documentation
- A simple demo video of the payment flow
- Bug fixes for 15 days after delivery
