Odoo Order Workflow Demo
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a working demo inside Odoo that lets customers place a specific order, immediately triggers a standard-template email to every relevant supplier, and then captures each supplier’s accept/decline or counter-offer.
Inside Odoo the flow should look like this: a customer submits the form → an “Order Request” record is born → the system emails suppliers using the built-in template populated with the order details → suppliers click through to respond. Their decision or offer must come straight back into the same record so nothing is lost in email threads.
To stay on top of everything I also want a real-time dashboard. It must show:
• live order status tracking (new, awaiting supplier, counter-offered, accepted, declined, fulfilled)
• supplier response management so I can drill down into who has answered and what they said
• a compact order summary plus simple analytics (counts, value totals, average response time)
Role-based security is required. At minimum I need separate views for customers, suppliers, purchasing staff and an overall admin, each limited to what they actually need to see or change.
I am happy with Odoo standard modules or Studio customisations as long as the demo proves the full journey end-to-end. Please include a brief hand-over note on how to extend the workflow and edit the email template later.
