Odoo Migration Specialist Needed

I’m preparing to move my company’s Odoo instance to the latest stable release and need an experienced hand to manage the entire migration. This is a full migration from an older version, covering core business workflows as well as all historic data.

What I expect
– A detailed migration plan outlining steps, downtime estimates, and fallback options.
– Clean data extraction, transformation, and import so every record comes across intact and balanced.
– Module-level adjustments or custom scripts where the new version’s APIs or models have changed.
– Post-migration validation: functional testing, reconciliations, and user acceptance checks.
– Clear documentation so future upgrades are straightforward.
