Odoo Maintenance and Support (Server Access via AnyDesk)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo freelancer to help us with ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and occasional improvements.

We are an industrial machinery company using Odoo as our ERP system. We also need occasional help with our website and verification of our backup system.

This is intended to be a long-term collaboration, not just a one-time task.

Scope of work
1. Odoo maintenance

Troubleshooting and fixing issues

Configuration adjustments

Reviewing logs and diagnosing errors

General technical support

2. Website fixes

Fix small technical issues

Occasional adjustments or improvements

General functionality review

3. Backup system

Verify that backups are running correctly

Test restoration if necessary

Provide recommendations to improve reliability

Important – Working method

For security reasons, we do not share server credentials.

Work will be done by connecting via AnyDesk to a dedicated server where the freelancer will perform all tasks.

The freelancer will work inside this server

All necessary tools can be installed there

Direct access credentials to production servers will not be shared

Required skills

Strong experience with Odoo

Linux server administration

PostgreSQL

Troubleshooting and debugging

Experience with backups and system maintenance
