Odoo and Magento 2.4 work with Webkul Odoo connector

Below is what I need completing. Its using Magento 2.4 with Odoo 15 and webkul Odoo connector 4.4.1
Customers
When we export customers data from magneto, its being added twice in Odoo . if we create a new customer in Magento its ok. Also, only 720 records are being transferred, ir was transferring all 1437 before.
products
When we export products from Magento, the category is not being transferred to Odoo but it ok if we create a new product in Magento.
Product category’s are not being transferred with product export but are ok if a new product is created.
Magento
Need a method of new customer approval when they register, I believe this extension will be ok https://www.mageplaza.com/magento-2-customer-approval/ . background – on most of our products , the price isn’t shown to public and its listed as “login for price” when a customer registers , we approve the registration and assign a price group to them. They get email to say their account has been approved.
Outline of work
1) Set contacts/customers/venders email address as unique to prevent duplications & transfer customers to Odoo.
2) Set product internal code as unique to prevent duplications. This code should also be copied to SKU field in Odoo. Products are already transferred but missing category information. We have manually added a fair amount of information so please ensure its not deleted.
3) Install and setup customer approval extension in Magento.
