Odoo 17 KPI Dashboard Implementation

I’m running Odoo 17 and need a single, intuitive KPI monitor that lives entirely inside the platform. The dashboard must give both employees and managers real-time visibility into:

• Individual employee and manager productivity
• Department-level performance scores
• Customer-satisfaction metrics drawn from Helpdesk/CRM feedback
• Sales performance figures
• Company-wide targets compared with actual results

You’ll work with the data already produced by the standard Odoo 17 apps—Sales, CRM, HR, Project, Helpdesk, and any others you feel are useful. Where Odoo’s native measures fall short, you’ll introduce calculated fields or a lightweight, upgrade-safe custom module.

Role-based security is essential: employees should see only their own numbers and department aggregates, while managers see the full picture. Targets must be editable period by period so we can update goals without touching code.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured dashboards (or a packaged module) ready to install on an Odoo 17 instance.
2. A concise admin guide explaining how to add or adjust KPIs and targets.
3. A live hand-over session to walk us through the setup.
