We are developing 3X, an online platform for mobile spare parts and repair tools in Iraq. The current phase focuses on:

*Customizing Odoo ERP to fit our business processes
*Integrating Odoo with our existing accounting system (Al-Murabba)
*Efficiently managing products, orders, and customers

We seek a company or freelancer with strong expertise in Odoo customization and API integration.

Technical Requirements:

1. Product Management
• Automatically import products from Al-Murabba into Odoo via API
• Periodic synchronization of stock quantities and prices (e.g., hourly or as needed)
• New products imported from Al-Murabba:
• Remain hidden from consumers until assigned to a category and activated
• Two pricing tiers for each product:
• Retail Price
• Wholesale Price (applied when order quantity exceeds a configurable threshold)

2. Order Management
• Manage orders in Odoo with these statuses:
• Draft
• Processing
• Ready for Delivery
• Delivered
• Canceled (with optional cancellation reason)
• Upon order confirmation:
• Send order details to Al-Murabba via API:
• Customer information
• Product list and quantities
• Total price
• Al-Murabba will handle invoice printing and order fulfillment

3. Customer Management
• Synchronize customer data between Odoo and Al-Murabba in both directions:
• Creation or updates in Odoo → reflected in Al-Murabba
• New customers in Al-Murabba → imported into Odoo

4. Loyalty Program
• Manage loyalty points within Odoo:
• Earn points as a percentage of order value
• Redeem points for:
• Discounts
• Free shipping
• Specific products
• Synchronize earned/redeemed points with Al-Murabba

• User-friendly admin interface
• Secure data handling
• Stable and documented API integration (Swagger/Postman)
