Odoo Implementation for Single-Location Cafe
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Project Overview
We are a small restaurant/café looking to implement Odoo (Community Edition preferred) to streamline our daily operations — including Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, purchases, accounting, and basic HR.
We are not a large chain; setup will be for one outlet only. We need an experienced Odoo implementer/developer who can configure the system end-to-end, customize it slightly to match our workflow, and train us on how to use it.
Scope of Work
1. Odoo Installation & Setup
Install and configure Odoo (Community version preferred) on our cloud VPS (DigitalOcean / Veeble / etc.).
Configure system for single-company, single-branch use.
Setup database, users, and access rights.
2. Modules to Configure
Point of Sale (POS) — Menu items, categories, combo meals, modifiers (e.g., extra cheese, different milk types), table layout (optional).
Inventory Management — Ingredients tracking, stock consumption per order, low-stock alerts.
Purchasing — Supplier creation, purchase orders, and receiving goods into stock.
Accounting — Basic setup for income, expenses, cash/card sales, daily closing reports.
HR / Employees — Add staff list, attendance or shifts (simple setup).
Reports — Daily sales report, best-selling items, cost vs. sales summary.
3. Customizations (minor)
Add restaurant logo, receipt layout (simple).
POS interface language bilingual (English + Arabic preferred).
Customize dashboard with daily summary (Sales, Expenses, Net Profit).
Simplify inventory interface (show items in stock, reorder level).
Enable multi-UOM (piece, kg, portion).
4. Training & Handover
Provide short user training (1–2 hours) via Zoom or video tutorial.
Deliver complete admin access credentials and documentation.
Deliverables
Fully configured Odoo instance for restaurant operations.
User login for cashier and admin.
2–3 sample reports generated (Sales, Inventory, Profit).
Documentation or short walkthrough.
Skills Required
Experience in Odoo implementation (POS + Inventory + Accounting).
Knowledge of restaurant workflows.
Basic understanding of Arabic interface (preferred, not mandatory).
Familiar with Odoo Community / Enterprise 16–18.
Ability to work independently and finish setup within 7–10 days.
