Odoo.sh Implementation Consultant + Ongoing On-Demand Support (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Training Operations)

Overview
We are a training and professional development company looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Implementation Consultant to help us fully implement and optimize our Odoo.sh system.
We are currently using Odoo.sh and want to move toward a fully integrated, end-to-end business operations system covering CRM, Sales, Accounting, Projects, eLearning, Events, Marketing, Website, and custom workflows.
In addition to implementation, we are looking for a long-term on-demand support partner to assist our team with system usage, best practices, and continuous improvements.

Scope of Work
Phase 1: Implementation & Optimization
• Review and audit current Odoo.sh setup
• Configure and optimize core modules:
o CRM
o Sales
o Invoicing
o Accounting
o Contacts
o Projects
o eLearning
o Events
o Website
o Custom modules (existing or required)
• Design and implement end-to-end business workflows (lead to delivery to invoicing)
• Improve data structure and clean database
• Ensure proper role access, permissions, and user structure
• Align system with best practices for service/training organizations



Phase 2: Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Train internal team on how to properly use Odoo
• Provide guidance on:
o CRM usage and pipeline management
o Sales and quotation process
o Invoicing and accounting workflows
o Project and training delivery tracking
o eLearning and event management
• Provide clear documentation and SOPs where needed

Phase 3: Ongoing On-Demand Support
• Support internal users with system questions
• Assist with:
o Data issues and corrections
o Small enhancements and configuration adjustments
o Troubleshooting and user support
o Best practice guidance for using Odoo effectively


Key Requirements
• Proven experience implementing Odoo.sh
• Strong functional expertise
• Experience with end-to-end business process design
• Strong knowledge of Odoo data import/export and Excel templates
• Ability to train non-technical users
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to act as a long-term advisory partner (not just a one-time implementer)
