I need support on Odoo. I need someone who is able to show me how I can realize this use case in Odoo:
Use Case 1: Cost Estimate for Excavator Repair
1. A customer requests a cost estimate for the repair of an excavator.
2. Quote preparation:
Labor time: 4 hours technician at 75 CHF/hour
Spare parts: 2 excavator valves at 6.50 CHF each
Fixed price: Emissions test for 500 CHF
3. Send the cost estimate to the customer.
4. Customer accepts the offer → converted into a work order.
5. Repair execution:
Actual labor for excavator repair: 5 hours technician at 75 CHF/hour
Additionally: 2 hours apprentice at 45 CHF/hour
Required spare parts: 3 excavator valves
Emissions test took 2 hours (same technician as for excavator repair)
6. Customer signs the repair report.
7. Invoicing includes:
Labor time report
Parts list
8. Export of employee time tracking.
