Odoo 19 EE Frontend Website Development

I need a developer who is fully comfortable building a brand-new website on Odoo 19 Enterprise Edition. The site will present and sell our IT Services, so the look and feel must project technical reliability while remaining clean and easy to navigate.

You will work directly on Odoo’s website framework—QWeb templates, XML, SCSS and JavaScript—rather than relying on page-builder shortcuts. That means creating a custom theme, tweaking views, and wiring the front end to the native Odoo 19 EE backend so that service catalogues, quotations and customer interactions flow seamlessly.

Although I have not locked in the exact feature mix, the build should be flexible enough to accommodate e-commerce, CMS pages or a customer portal if we decide to enable them later. All code needs to sit inside a well-structured custom module, ready for future upgrades. Responsive behaviour across desktop and mobile is essential, and performance best practices must be observed.

Deliverables
• A fully functional Odoo 19 EE website deployed on my staging server
• The complete custom module (theme + views + assets) in Git, with clear commit history
• Short hand-off notes explaining how to extend or update the site
