Odoo Expert for Unified Business Management

Job Title: Odoo Setup & Integration Expert (Digital Ocean Hosting + n8n + Multi-Company + eCommerce Integrations)

Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced Odoo expert / system integrator who can set up, configure, and integrate my Odoo Enterprise system on Digital Ocean, along with automation setup using n8n.

The goal is to create a unified business management system that connects all my eCommerce channels, payment gateways, logistics partners, and multiple companies (India + USA) into one Odoo environment.

Key Tasks:

Odoo Installation & Hosting

Set up and optimize Odoo Enterprise on Digital Ocean droplet/server

Configure domain, SSL, database, and backups

Ensure secure and scalable setup for production use

n8n Installation & Workflow Setup

Install n8n (self-hosted on Digital Ocean or integrated server)

Automate workflows between Odoo, Shiprocket, Razorpay, Shopify, etc.

Integrations Required

Shipping: Shiprocket, NimbusPost

Payments: Razorpay, PayU

eCommerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart

Ensure all orders, payments, and shipping data sync automatically with Odoo

Multi-Company Configuration

Configure Odoo for multiple Indian firms (Meerut, Palwal, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata) — each with its own GST and accounting

Add one USA company (LLC) and connect with Wise/Mercury bank accounts

Set proper access rights, inter-company rules, and consolidated reporting

Training & Documentation

Provide step-by-step training on how Odoo works

Include documentation for workflow automation, integrations, and daily operations
