Odoo V13 Excel export and import

Hello. We use Odoo V13 ERP and we want to export and import for updating values of the products variants.
Our request is to have a document that show us the Export Data fields that we need to select in the Export Data tool, and an Excel file with the column names that allows us to import the exported data after updating the values.

Suppliers
Suppliers Product Code
Suppliers Price
Variant Price Extra
