Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo developer to customize our Odoo 19 Enterprise setup for our automotive workshop and spare parts business. We need someone who understands Odoo workflow and can implement the following features:
Key Customization Requirements:
Inspection Workflow:
Product-wise Pre & Post Inspection: Create dynamic inspection templates mapped to specific products.
Job Card Integration: Pre-inspection points integrated directly into the Job Card (linked to Sales Order).
Invoice Integration: Post-inspection points integrated directly into the Invoice.
Anti-Repetition Logic: Ensure inspection points do not repeat for the same product, while allowing flexibility for other products.
Contact & Vehicle Management:
Implement "Make" and "Model" attributes within the Contact module.
Enhanced Search: Ability to search contacts/sales orders by Registration Number, Car Name, and Mobile Number.
Reporting & UX:
Inspection Report PDF: Auto-generate professional inspection PDF reports.
Interactive View: Create an easy-to-use, Google Form-style interface for inspection (Values, Remarks, and Photo uploads).
Automation & Integration:
Customer Communication: "Click-to-send" functionality to share Inspection Reports and Bills directly with customers.
Data Sync: Ability to import/add customers directly from Google Sheets.
Service Reminders: Automated service reminder system based on Invoice history and Product type.
Technical Expectations:
Must be proficient in Odoo 19 Enterprise architecture.
Ability to create custom modules and clear, maintainable code.
Prior experience in automotive or workshop management ERP solutions is a plus.
