Odoo Employee & Service Forms

I need an experienced Odoo specialist to configure a series of custom forms in our live environment and, where necessary, create the related items and records that make those forms work seamlessly.

First, I want a fully-fledged employee module extension. The key form here is an employee-facing service form used by our maintenance engineers when they are out on site. Each submission must automatically log task reporting details and allow the engineer and the client to sign directly on a tablet or phone. Those two features—Task reporting and Customer signatures—are non-negotiable.

Alongside the service form I also need two companion documents: a Risk Assessment and a Method Statement. Both should pull relevant employee, job and location data already held in Odoo to minimise re-keying and reduce errors. When any of these forms are completed I want the system to create or update the appropriate service order, stock movement or analytic entry so that our reporting stays consistent.

The flow should feel native to Odoo: proper models, views and actions, clear security rules, and clean PDF outputs that match our house style. I will supply the exact field list and branding assets once we start; your job is to build, test and deploy the finished solution in our staging instance and then promote it to production once I have signed off.
