In 2018, the business moved it's disparate software platforms and centralised them on a single ERP platform - Odoo.
As a food company with specialist requirements, the software has been significantly modified already to adjust to the business and it's workflows and systems. With the continued growth we are experiencing, further significant developments are required to allow the business to continue to perform.
We are seeking a full time Odoo developer for a fixed 1 year full-time contract with an option to extend.
The role will provide a significant opportunity for the successful candidate to gain real-world experience in helping drive a transformational IT project within a growing organisation.
You will work closely with Senior Management, including the Managing Director to help design changes to the ERP that will provide greater productivity, ease manual interventions, increase organisational visibility, and provide a superior customer experience.
You will gain an invaluable understanding of every facet of the business from top to bottom, that will provide you with a unique opportunity for career progression within the company.
You will have prior experience in developing for Odoo. If you are a Junior Developer, you will benefit from having access to a Senior Developer consultant who will assist in training and guiding the direction for work.
If you are a Senior Developer, you will be able to work autonomously in order to complete project milestones and use creative license to come up with innovative solutions to help the business perform.
The salary will be commensurate with the level of experience and skill level of the successful candidate.
