Odoo ERP Roadmap & Phased Implementation Plan (Automotive Group)

I am looking for a senior Odoo consultant / solution architect to design an end-to-end ERP roadmap for a multi-company automotive group that operates:

• Car rental
• Limousine / fleet operations
• Motorcycle trading
• Vehicle service & workshop

We currently use multiple disconnected systems (QuickBooks, MechanicDesk, rental software, etc.), which is causing data duplication, delays, and lack of real-time reporting.

This project is consultation and planning first.
Implementation will be a later phase.

Scope of This Engagement
1. Review and map current business processes across:

• Accounting & finance
• Inventory & spare parts
• Fleet & rental operations
• Workshop / service operations
• Sales / CRM
• HR & payroll

2. Propose whether Odoo Community or Enterprise is more suitable and why.
3. Define recommended Odoo modules and architecture.
4. Create a phased implementation roadmap:

• Phase 1: Core go-live (standard modules, minimal customization)
• Phase 2: Operational extensions
• Phase 3: Advanced automation & customizations

5. Provide timeline, milestones, and rough budget ranges per phase.
6. Identify major risks (data migration, user adoption, integrations) and mitigation plan.
