Odoo ERP V11 Inventory Custom Reporting

I'm looking for an experienced Odoo ERP developer to customize the inventory module, specifically for generating custom reports in Odoo ERP V11.
Key requirements:
1. Create solutions that enable exporting inventory reports for specific dates with the 'Serial No' field included. Currently, we can only get the 'Serial No' field when exporting current inventory, not date-specific ones.
2. Customize Manufacturing Orders to include labor cost calculations as per unit.
Ideal skills and experience:
