Odoo ERP Implementation for Event Management Company (End-to-End Setup + Documentation)

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo specialist to implement a complete ERP solution for an event management company.

The project requires full system setup, configuration, workflow design, and documentation.

This is NOT a basic installation task — we expect a structured, real-world implementation.

Scope of Work

You will build and demonstrate a complete ERP system covering:

1. Warehouse & Inventory
Configure 2 warehouses (WH1 & WH2)
Set up internal transfers (WH1 → WH2)
Ensure all deliveries are fulfilled only from WH2
Implement inspection step before delivery
2. Procurement & Vendors
Create vendor structure (minimum 5 vendors)
Full purchase workflow (RFQ → PO → Receipt)
3. Manufacturing / Processing
Convert raw materials (WH1) → finished goods (WH2)
4. Fixed Assets
Asset registration, depreciation, lifecycle tracking
Workflow from acquisition → disposal
5. Accounting Integration
Real-time valuation (average cost)
Link inventory + accounting flows
6. Sales Process
Customer orders linked to warehouse operations
Ensure delivery only after inspection approval
7. Event Management Module
Demonstrate how events are managed within the system
Deliverables
Fully configured Odoo system (working demo)
Step-by-step documentation (with screenshots)
Workflow diagrams (especially Fixed Assets lifecycle)
Recorded video walkthrough (15–20 min)
Explain system setup
Show workflows
Demonstrate integrations
Important Requirements
Must explain WHY each configuration is done, not just how
Must show module integration clearly
Must provide clean, structured documentation
No copy-paste or generic templates
