Odoo ERP Implementation & Automation

I have an Odoo instance ready to be configured and I need someone who truly knows their way around the Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules. The core goal is a clean, production-ready implementation of these three apps, followed by targeted workflow automation that eliminates as much manual data entry as possible.

Here’s what I expect:
• Configure Sales, Inventory and Accounting so they work seamlessly together, reflecting my existing business processes and tax rules.
• Build smart, automated workflows—think automatic stock moves after a confirmed sale, real-time invoicing, and any other triggers that keep the data flowing without human intervention.
• Migrate a small sample dataset so we can validate the setup, then guide me through best practices for going live.

I already have hosting covered and will give you full system access. Please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and any similar Odoo projects you’ve completed.
