WHAT WE NEED
1. Custom Odoo Modules & Fields

Custom fields for construction workflows
Customer lifecycle: Lead → Prospect → Approved → In Progress → Completed → Invoiced
Permit tracking and management
Project-specific data fields (measurements, materials, etc.)

2. Measurement Import & Proposal Automation

CSV Import: Import material measurements from CSV files
Auto-match measurements to existing customers
Automated Calculations: Convert square footage to material quantities
Proposal Generation: Auto-create proposals with pricing from measurements
Template System: Customizable proposal templates with company branding
Workorder Creation: Auto-generate workorders from approved proposals
Invoice Integration: Link measurements → proposals → workorders → invoices

3. Third-Party API Integrations

QuickBooks: Bidirectional sync for customers, invoices, payments
Go High Level: Marketing automation, lead management, SMS/email campaigns
Flexible API framework for future integrations

4. Document Management

Upload and attach permits to customer records
Attach measurement files, photos, and documents
OCR capability to extract data from PDF permits (bonus)

5. Workflow Automation

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must Have Skills:

3+ years Odoo development experience (Community or Enterprise)
