Odoo ERP Customization Expert
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a seasoned Odoo engineer to take a fresh Odoo instance and shape it into a production-ready ERP. The core focus is on tailoring the Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules so they match our real-world workflows instead of forcing us to adapt to the default ones.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Sales – streamline the quotation-to-invoice path, add a few custom fields we rely on, and tweak the pipeline stages so our team can see at a glance where every deal stands.
• Inventory – configure multi-warehouse tracking, accurate stock valuation, and smart reordering rules that fit our lead times.
• Accounting – automate journal entries coming from Sales and Inventory, set up local tax rules, and polish the chart of accounts.
• Manufacturing – build a clean BoM structure, routings, and cost roll-ups so production orders flow without manual intervention.
Alongside those adjustments I’ll need role-based access, some print-ready PDF reports, and clear in-app documentation so new users can pick it up fast. If you have experience migrating initial data and writing concise user guides, that’s a plus.
The project is considered done once every module above runs smoothly in a test environment, our sample transactions reconcile end-to-end, and you hand over any custom code through Git along with brief setup notes.
