Scope of Work — Odoo ERP Configuration for Tap N Go Solutions
Project Overview:
Tap N Go Solutions is seeking an experienced Odoo consultant or agency to configure and deploy a full-suite Odoo ERP system tailored to our business operations. The system will support CRM, Sales, Support, Inventory, E-Commerce, Subscriptions, and Financial workflows. The implementation must be tailored to our operational flow and branding, and integrated with communication channels such as VOIP, email, and SMS.

• Customise UI/UX of Odoo backend for ease of navigation.
• Optimise layouts of all relevant modules for user roles.
• Configure menus and dashboards for departments.

2. Additional Fields on Accounts & Contacts
• Add custom fields relevant to Tap N Go’s business model.
• Ensure fields are accessible in reporting and automation.
• Implement conditional logic and grouping if required.

• Configure CRM module to include custom fields.
• Set up complete sales flow automation:
• Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Tax Invoice
• Create custom Order Picklist generation.
• Automate follow-ups, task assignments, and email sequences.

• Set up recurring billing with appropriate plans.
