Odoo Document Template Redesign
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I use Odoo daily and the data on my forms is fine, yet the look and feel is far from the professional image I want to project. I need someone comfortable with Odoo’s QWeb engine (HTML, CSS, a touch of Python when required) to restyle several standard reports so they share one clean, branded layout and print perfectly to PDF.
The templates I need you to touch are:
• Invoices
• Purchase orders
• Delivery notes
• Quotation
• Packing List
• Export Invoice
Scope of work
1. Apply my logo, corporate colours and typographic choices.
2. Re-arrange elements so totals, taxes, and signatures are clear and logically placed.
3. Keep all existing fields—no new data modelling is required—this is purely layout and design.
4. Ensure the documents remain responsive for both A4 and Letter page sizes and look consistent in the PDF output Odoo generates.
Acceptance
A job is finished when each template prints directly from Odoo without errors, aligns accurately on paper, and matches the agreed visual mock-ups. I will test on a staging instance before sign-off.
