Odoo 19 Document Customization
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My team relies on Odoo 19 SaaS to run every part of our China-based sourcing and trading operation. I need the Sales, Invoicing and Approval documents re-worked so they look professional, match our branding and still flow through the native Odoo workflow without a hitch.
Scope of work
• Sales Quotation – add several new fields relevant to international trade, redesign the layout to reflect our brand guidelines, and insert a simple but traceable approval workflow before a quote is sent.
• Proforma Invoice – build a polished template that automatically pulls product details, payment terms and the agreed delivery schedule.
• Commercial Invoice – create a compliant layout that lists HS codes, shows the chosen Incoterms and leaves space for an authorised signatory section.
All three documents must share fonts, colours, logo placement and footer information so they appear as one cohesive set. The underlying Odoo logic (sales order creation, invoicing, posting, etc.) must continue to work exactly as standard.
Acceptance criteria
– Templates load from the usual buttons in Odoo 19 SaaS without manual hacks.
– Fields map correctly to their corresponding models and are editable where relevant.
– The added approval step blocks sending until approved and records the approver.
– PDFs generated from each document reflect the agreed design pixel-perfectly.
– No core files are overwritten; upgrades remain safe.
If you have solid Odoo 19 SaaS experience and can deliver clean, upgrade-safe XML/QWeb or Studio-based customisations, I’m ready to get started right away.
