I need an experienced Odoo developer to help me extend and fine-tune my current installation. The work may involve crafting new features, reshaping existing workflows, or hunting down and resolving bugs. My environment already handles core functions such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounting, so familiarity with those modules is useful, though not strictly required. Most of the system runs on recent releases—anywhere from Odoo 14 through 16—so confidence across these versions is important. Clean, well-commented code that follows Odoo conventions, plus clear and timely communication, are essential. If you can navigate both backend Python/ORM tasks and front-end XML, QWeb, or JavaScript tweaks, that versatility will be a strong advantage.
