1) On your Odoo community edition test system; create a small work flow; to collect all contacts and send a test email to all of them. schedule to repeat this every 5 minutes.
2) Add a step in above workflow; while Using REST API, collect all Leads with below fields, from https://suitecrmdemo.dtbc.eu/index.php? and add it to the content of outgoing email.
