Odoo Deployment Migration and setup on Server
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need Odoo latest version installed on a private Linux server, then my earlier development work (codebase and database) migrated so the new instance looks and behaves exactly like the old one.
Scope of work
• Set up a clean, production-ready Odoo environment on the server—PostgreSQL, Python dependencies, reverse proxy (Nginx or similar), SSL and any required services.
• Import my existing repository and database, making sure every custom module loads without dependency errors.
• Verify Accounting, CRM and Sales apps function end-to-end after the migration.
Deliverables
1. Odoo running on the server and reachable via its domain/IP.
2. Previous development (database + custom modules) fully restored.
3. Short hand-off document listing key commands, file paths and any credentials you changed.
4. Quick screenshare or recorded demo confirming no errors when creating a sample invoice, lead and quotation.
Acceptance criteria
No traceback errors in log after restart; Accounting, CRM and Sales dashboards open; user can post an invoice, create a lead and confirm a quotation without issues.
