Odoo Database Upgrade From v14 to v18

We're seeking a freelance Odoo developer to upgrade an on‑premise Odoo Enterprise database from version 14 to version 18. The system currently includes the following Odoo applications: Sales, Invoicing, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Point of Sale, Expenses, Studio, Employees, Contacts, and Rental. The project includes:
- Complete data and configuration migration.
- 3 custom modules installed on v14
- 93 third-party modules currently installed on v14; 23 of them must be removed due to deprecation or inactivity.
- All remaining third-party modules, as well as the 3 custom modules, are already migrated and ready for v18.

Deliverables

- A detailed migration plan and timeline (analysis, staging, production).
- A full trial migration in a staging environment, plus final move to production with minimal downtime.
- Validation of data integrity and core functional flows after upgrade.
- Rollback strategy and migration documentation.
- Checklist and guidance for user-acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

- Proven track record of Odoo migrations (v14 → v18) — ideally at least two completed projects in production environments.
- Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, and migration tools (OpenUpgrade, enterprise license handling).
- Complete the project within 30 calendar days.
