Odoo15 Database and File Store Restoration

I'm looking for an expert in Odoo to assist me in restoring both a database and a file store from two different dates. The backup files are for the version Odoo15 E/se and are currently located on a local machine.

Key skills and experience requirements:

Tasks include:

- Restoring the Odoo15 database to its original condition
- Restoring the file store to its original condition
- Ensuring the restored systems function seamlessly

Synopsis:

We rebooted the server today and our database vanished. Not sure what task was pending but the database completely disappeared and is NOT in list of databases. I have a backup (2 months old) of the server which you can refer to. No new modules or website files/pictures were added so uyoi can use this image as a reference and restore the database containing updated transactions (up to today) I also have the snapshot of the server taken today. All transactions were saved up to today and need them on them restored too on the system
