Odoo Customisation

I currently run 3 separate web shops under one company and each sells the same products under different brands. We would like to be able to have 3 different looking pdf documents (pdf quote, invoice, sales order etc) for each of these brands in odoo

I would like to create multiple templates for these documents so we can choose which layout is sent to a customer.
