Odoo 18 CE - Custom addon Customer List UI Test Project

I'm looking for an experienced OWL (Odoo Web Library) developer to create a simple, custom Customer List UI in Odoo 18 CE. This task involves building a frontend view on my local machine, with the backend already prepared.
The Customer List UI will need to:
- Fetch data from odoo backend
- Display it in a tabular format using OWL components
- Not rely on any external libraries
- Must do it on my local computer unless we sign NDA later on
If the initial task is completed successfully, this could lead to a longer term collaboration. I have a six-month custom Odoo development project lined up, which includes over 250 Figma screens to be developed. Teams are welcome, but I specifically need three Odoo OWL experts.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in OWL and Odoo 18 CE
- Experience with RPC data fetching
- Familiarity with creating custom UI components
- Team collaboration skills
