Odoo 16 Community Multi-Restaurant POS Printer Issue Resolution

We are running Odoo 16 Community for a multi-restaurant setup and are experiencing issues with our POS and kitchen printers. We need a skilled developer with expertise in Odoo functions, as well as Python and JavaScript development, to help resolve these issues.

We are using Odoo 16 Community for a multi-restaurant setup with the following configuration:
3 POS systems
3 Cashier Printers
10 Kitchen Printers
All printers support ESC/POS
Modules in Use:
For Cashier Printer: "hw_escpos_network_printer-16.0.0.1"
For Kitchen Printers: "hw_restaurant_ip_printer-16.0.0.1"
Issues:
Orders for the cashier and KOT printers are not printing perfectly. Examples include:
Cashier printer works fine on some orders but jams on others.
KOT printer works fine with one item but jams when there are two items.
Printer Models:
X10 (Chinese brand, works very well)
POSBANK (Korean brand, works for cashier orders but sometimes jams)
Other Chinese printers (do not work for cashier or KOT)
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Odoo 16 functions.
Experience with developing and troubleshooting Odoo using Python and JavaScript.
Ability to diagnose and fix printing issues related to ESC/POS.
Familiarity with network printer configurations in a multi-device environment.
Deliverables:
Resolution of the jamming issues for cashier and KOT printers.
Ensure all printers work seamlessly with our Odoo 16 setup.
