Odoo CRM Setup and Customization for Affiliate and Parent Companies
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
We are seeking a skilled Freelancer to set up and customize our Odoo CRM for our business structure, which includes 10 Affiliate Companies and one Parent Company. The project entails customizing the Odoo CRM system to meet our unique needs and assist with implementation.
Project Requirements:
Setup and Configuration:
VPS Setup: Install and configure Odoo CRM on our VPS.
Company Setup: Create and set up 10 Affiliate Companies and one Parent Company in the CRM.
User Accounts: Set up Admin, Affiliate Admin, and User accounts for each company.
Customizations:
Key Project/Opportunity Dashboard:
Develop a dashboard accessible to all users from each company.
A "Key Project" is a Project/Opportunity that multiple Affiliates may bid on.
Each Key Project will receive a unique Opportunity number from the Parent Company.
Affiliates can add connected sub-opportunities to the Key Opportunity.
Opportunities Rating:
Modify the Opportunities module to use a 5-star rating system instead of the current 3-star system.
Contacts Custom Field:
Add a field in the Contacts module to display which company entered the contact.
Enable other Affiliates to add their company to the contact to indicate their relationship with the business.
Opportunities Sub-Probabilities:
Modify the Opportunities module to include two sub-probabilities:
Probability that the project will go ahead.
Probability that the project, if it goes ahead, will be awarded to us.
The overall probability should be calculated by multiplying these two sub-probabilities.
Project Reporting:
Implement a reporting feature to track:
Projects that went ahead but were not awarded to us.
Projects that did not go ahead.
Use these reports to evaluate the accuracy of our project success predictions.
Additional Setup and Requirements:
VPS and Production Setup: Set up the VPS and other necessary items to put the Odoo CRM into production.
GitHub and Automated Testing: Set up GitHub for code management and automated testing.
Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on the project progress.
Submission through GitHub and Figma: All code to be submitted through GitHub, and all UI/UX work to be submitted through Figma.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Odoo CRM setup and customization.
Experience with creating custom modules and dashboards in Odoo.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and probability calculations.
Ability to integrate custom fields and reporting features.
Experience with VPS setup, GitHub, and automated testing.
Timeline:
We are looking to complete the setup and customizations within 6-8 weeks. Please provide a detailed timeline in your proposal.
