Odoo CRM Module Enhancements

We are US Forces Tactical Supply and need an experienced Odoo developer to customize our Odoo CRM workflow to match our sales process:

Process Required
Lead/Opportunity → RFQ/Quotation
When Won → convert to Sales Order and generate related Purchase Order
After Delivery → create Invoice (support partial delivery/invoicing if needed)
Track statuses across RFQs, Orders/POs, Delivery, and Invoices
Key Requirement (Must Have)
Multi-currency quotations (USD/EUR/GBP etc.)
Auto exchange rate (with option to lock/override per quote)
Currency must carry through from RFQ → Order → Invoice without mismatch
easily track and inform client for each delivery status

Dashboard/Reporting
Simple dashboard showing: Customers, RFQs, Orders, Invoices, Revenue (Paid Invoices)
Recent RFQs & Recent Invoices tables
Basic margin/profit tracking preferred

Deliverables
Upgrade-safe custom modules (no core hacks)
End-to-end tested workflow + documentation
Deployment/handover support
