Odoo CRM & ERP Basic Setup

I run a retail company and want to launch a fresh Odoo account that covers my daily essentials without the extra fluff. I already know the core apps I need—CRM, Invoicing, Project Management, Inventory, and Accounting—so I’m looking for someone who can get me from zero to a working environment quickly and pain-free.

Here’s what matters most to me:

• CRM – enable customer segmentation, a clear sales pipeline, and basic email-marketing automation so my team can track leads and send targeted follow-ups.
• Invoicing – make sure recurring invoices, one-time invoices, and proforma invoices are all possible from day one.
• Inventory – set up simple product catalogs, stock locations, and reorder rules suited to a retail workflow.
• Project Management – activate the standard kanban view and link tasks to sales orders when relevant.
• Accounting – chart of accounts, tax mapping, and straightforward financial reports that tie back to invoices and inventory movements.

Scope at this stage is the initial configuration and a quick walkthrough so I can verify everything works. No deep custom coding—just smart use of Odoo’s out-of-the-box features, a few key settings, and practical tips.

Deliverables
1. Clean Odoo instance (cloud or my own server, your guidance welcome).
2. Core modules installed and configured as listed above.
3. One short hand-over session (screenshare) showing me how to navigate, create a test sale, and generate the related invoice, project task, and stock move.
4. A concise setup document so I can replicate or tweak settings later.
