Odoo CRM Developer for Tool Integration

I am seeking an Odoo expert with a minimum of 4 years experience, specifically with the CRM module. Your primary task will be to help integrate our Odoo CRM with our accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development, customization and supporting enhancements in Odoo
- Carrying out Odoo development activities for Customization, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, Generating BI Reports, Output Documents, Functional Test/User Acceptance Test, Automation Test and Unit Test
- Work closely or in coordination with technical lead as needed to plan, scope, design, develop, test, implement, support and enhance business applications and it’s features and solutions
- Strong experience in Odoo (OpenERP) installation, configuration and development
- Customize the Odoo CRM for effective integration with our accounting software
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between the two systems

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Good client communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be aware of Odoo Enterprise solutions
- Extensive experience with Odoo, particularly the CRM module
- Proven track record of successful tool integrations
- Strong understanding of accounting software systems
