Odoo CRM Customizations

We are looking for an Odoo expert to implement Below requirement. We will have more requirements later for long term as per demand.

1. Implement and Deploy Odoo as Saas system on AWS with following features
- Option for new company to signup free with free trial option
- Define subscription plans based on user count and features/apps . We will use only free apps for now on the odoo community edition.
- Subdomain based client login URL with SSL.
- We may use open source Saas kit if it fulfills the function ( https://github.com/it-projects-llc/saas-addons)
- Pricing plans/Upgrade/ Payment via stripe / shall be available inside the client dashboard
- Local app store to enable disable add-ons by client ( apps will be eligible to activate based on his subscription)
- Disable Marketplace appstore on client side ( not on superadmin)

2. Change the UX theme ( baxkend CSS) entirely based on below template

- All elements/pages shall be replaced with theme new css. Example kanban board , forms , header , menu, fonts, email, chat , search box, background colors, drop down, progress bar, charts , tables, pie charts etc
- IMPORTANT: Changes in CSS should be like this that all other apps we install later shall pickup the new CSS changes instead of old.
( We can extend this open source theme to make it as per desired template

3. Develop a HTML landing page for the Saas website (10-12 pages) based on ready made HTML template . Source code is available. Just need to customize as per our features and dashboard screenshot etc
