Odoo Audit Logging Setup ASAP

We run a solar system installation based system, and have been using odoo for months and have a decent set up of CRM app,
but have some doubts regarding the financial aspects of odoo, such as
1. How to log various types of expenses
- purchase of materials
- operational costs
- project based expenses
- expenses made by partners of the company and their reimbursements
- expenses done by employees
- Cost of interests paid to a particular loan
- Journal entries correlation to a particular expense
2. How to view reports and manage
- Projects done(in terms of amount)
- Logging of payments and their linkage to a particular invoice
- Reconciling the bank statement with the payments and expenses
- Viewing the reports of expenses and sales
