Odoo Accounting Setup Needed

I am rolling out a new, clean Odoo instance and need a qualified accountant who knows the Accounting module inside-out. Because I am starting from scratch—no historical data to migrate—the emphasis is on configuring Odoo correctly the first time rather than untangling old records later.

The core of the engagement is the full Accounting module: building a compliant chart of accounts, structuring accounts payable and receivable workflows, and producing accurate, automated financial reports. You should be comfortable translating standard accounting practice into Odoo’s settings, journals, taxes, payment terms and reconciliation rules so that daily use remains straightforward for a non-technical finance team.

Deliverables I will use to sign off the project:
• A tailored chart of accounts loaded and tested in my live database
• End-to-end AP & AR processes (invoice creation, validation, payments, reminders) demonstrated with sample transactions
• Financial reporting templates—P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow—showing correct real-time figures from test data
• A concise walkthrough document or screenshare video that explains how to maintain each setup element
